In recent years, there have been major changes around the world; that is, the popularity of electric vehicles has indeed shown astonishing growth. Many people have abandoned traditional gasoline vehicles and chosen electric vehicles. This change has attracted great attention in the field of transportation. Does the change come from government policy support, increasing environmental awareness, or continuous technological advancement? Electric vehicles are becoming more and more common, so the research team members began to wonder what the concept of electric vehicles is. Why are some people willing to choose electric vehicles instead of gas vehicles that can refuel faster? The team members want to apply the research to study the advantages, disadvantages, and market challenges of electric vehicles, the differences between electric vehicles and traditional gasoline vehicles, and the thinking behind Taiwanese people’s choice of these two modes of transportation.
